酒店硬件看着还行，但是细节不够好，管理和服务太差，酒店内设施好像都是外包的。
定的行政楼层，被告知行政酒廊被外包，行政房不能免费使用。
晚餐在二楼包房，服务员不知道饭菜的原料和味道，多次说有孩子不能吃辣的，结果专门给孩子点的菜问服务员是否可以给孩子点，被告知可以，但菜上来一看，是泡椒拌的...
早餐打碎一把汤匙，想计入房费，被告知不可以。服务员竟然说老板说的必须付现金，就站在桌边等着要现金！！！只有8元钱，都不能等客人用完餐再说！！！告诉服务员用完餐后一定会给，服务员就在桌边晃来晃去一直盯着我们用餐，直到最后走时付了这8元钱。
这样的服务，太让人无语...
