房间被安排到了612，刚进去房间有一股子厕所的味道，然后发现马桶距离床的位置只有3米，而且厕所没有门。晚上11点的时候准备睡觉，在房间里听到嗡嗡的噪音，是那种躺到床上是那种低频的噪音。不夸张的说躺到床上脑袋都是嗡嗡响！！根本无法睡觉！！然后我打电话给前台问为什么有这么大的噪音，前台说我住的那个房间上面是中央空调的出风口，噪音没办法！然后我就很不满意为什么在入住之前，为什么？？？没有告诉我们这里的噪音？？？我要求换房他们却说房间满了，怎么可能？然后我要退房他们也说不能退！然后我让他们给我一个解决方案他们说把空调关一个小时，我说好吧。睡到2:00的时候就被冻醒了然后就睡不着了！被子真的很薄！房间只有十一度！！！这可能是我感觉到最糟糕的一次入住的体验！早晨7:00才把暖气打开。然后又是嗡嗡的噪音！我直接把房间退了！他们也并没有什么给我合理的解释！总之一夜没睡着！！感觉很糟糕！酒店解决事情的态度真是不能让人满意！为什么房间有噪音提前不说？？在网上定的房间就不能换房间了吗？？关了整整八个小时的暖气，整个房间都冻着？？？这样做生意的方法真是感觉你们很快会关门大吉！！
