停车方便，因为五一人多，九点去，早餐品种很少了。以前也住过，但是这次服务受到区别对待。入住后从朋友那得知住店客人可以送景点门票，去前台问，服务人员支支吾吾，互相使眼色。虽然最后给了，但是心里不爽。房间不提供洗澡拖鞋，淋浴房也没有防滑垫，只能光脚进。一次性拖鞋鞋底薄，卫生间一旦有水就特别滑，家人洗完澡在卫生间摔倒后客服才给提供了洗澡拖鞋。

首先要说，前台zhao xuanyu 服务太差了，到前台看到我们不说话，我先和她打招呼，并把我姓名，订的房型，间数告诉她，她好像没有听，过了一会仍然重新问一遍，说没有找到，我看她拿ipad快速翻阅，我都看到了我预定信息，她还一脸的盲态，从开始到拿到房卡，就没有说过几个字，问什么也不爱回答，真是金口玉言，太牛了。前台这么重要的位置，让她做，真是拉低酒店的档次。
客房服务很棒，干净整洁，还贴心送了小礼物，谢谢工作人员。
其余我们遇到的工作人员都很好，热情，主动问好。
建议酒店换掉不合格的工作人员，保证酒店的档次。
