服务态度比较生硬，服务员都很大牌，指挥着客人这样那样，星级饭店人员起码的教养比较缺失，从前台、客房、餐厅接待都是这样，具有一定的普遍性，没有服务意识。房间还算干净，也在热闹地段，服务态度上希望以后有所改善。
