热水放了很久，才不那么凉，打电话问道前台，说，没事，你多放一会儿，本人说已经放了快十分钟了，然后被告知，再放一会儿就好了。实在是无语了。而且卫生条件很差，从毛巾到被单，都是乌的。

酒店位置很好在市中心区域，紧邻大相国寺，和鼓楼夜市，交通便利。仿古建筑，很有特色，就是一些设施需要更新。

地段是不错,原来订的170的非常差,空调象空压机一样响,房间小,一股很大异味,换了一个最好的2号楼,地毯上一块黑一块黄,脏得要命.下次再也不会住了

外部环境还行，有古色但是没有古香。房间小，内部结构和设施太陈旧，让人产生不干净的感觉。停车场对入住的客人停车也收费，很难理解。以后不会再来。

古香古色，看样子当年应是政府宾馆，虽说不过年久失修，但还能看出当年的雄伟！服务还是不错的。
