服务真差，一副爱住不住的。12:00退房现在还有几家实行。考试没办法才住的。12:00刚考完，协商晚一个小时退房都不行，第二天看专门打了一个通知，加钱定钟点房，或者加半天，生意做到这份上。也真够了如果让我再选择。我宁可住远一些。而且定的豪华，给换低了一档。哎！要不是在旁边考试。
