服务态度差劲，在网上提前预定的房型到了酒店却说没有了，让我们住一个条件最差的，又解释说我们订的就是那一个房型。房间打扫的一点儿都不干净，门后面到处烟头和头发。是不是看我们在网上订的房间不能退才这样胡乱应付的？第一次给差评，简直是过分，实在是气愤。
