差劲到极点！提前两个月就交了全款定了酒店，结果到店说没有我这份订单，然后两三句就想打发我们走。就怕十一期间没房间才提前两个月全款订的！后来只能找艺龙客服酒店才承认，上秒告诉我没我这订单就算有订单也客满没房了，客服过后又说有一间了，简直诚信败坏！再来说说好不容易有这一间了，结果是超级脏乱差！墙皮都起来了好几块！床单也有污渍！简直是住过酒店中最糟糕的一家了！不过艺龙客服还是快速解决问题的，这家酒店环境差都其次！重要是诚信差！提前2个月交了全款都能说没房这过分到极点！

房间有点小，但位置很好，停车方便，挺安静的，离大相国寺就几百米，走路就行，离小吃街也挺近。设施需要进一步提升，插座少一点，烧水不方便，也没有配矿泉水，电视频道没有5.6.8.2，好多卫视也没有，洗澡水不是很热。介意的请绕行。
