说实话，服务真的一般，我早上八点左右就到了，说我来的太早了，我说难道非要等到中午十二点以后才能入住？可是我住过那么多酒店从来没有一个说我去的早的呀，然后前台又说没房间，那我就等呗，然后不一会陆陆续续不少退房的，我说那么多退房的先给我打扫一间先让我入住呗，你看我还拿那么多东西，前台瞥了我一眼，说她没空在忙！我就纳闷了，有专门的保洁打扫房间她只需要拿个对讲机让保洁整理一下房间而已，前台竟然说没空！我一直在大厅等到快十点了，等了快两个小时了！中间有不少退房的就是不给我整理一间！实在忍不住了想取消订单去订别家的，发现酒店已经给我确认了，而我还在大厅等房间！我就生气了！我就问难道你们非要我等到十二点以后才让我入住哪有这样的！！不让我入住为什么已经把订单都给我确认了？？这时候又过来一位不知道是不是他们领导，说都这个点了难道没有空房吗，赶紧让客户入住，前台才给我办手续，气死我了！！我真的第一次去开封就碰到这样的酒店，虽然位置还可以但以后去开封也绝对不会入住了！
