门坏了门卡不能用，店家竟然让我们每次进去给他说一声他来开门，而不是修一下，另外明显有房给我们说没房了不能换……

这是我订的最差酒店，第一晚地上有烟帝，卫生间顶板往下掉，淋浴房门只有半扇，洗个澡弄得卫生间都是水（地面有高低，地漏在高处），毛巾都用来吸水。第二晚换了间，面积比原来的小点，卫生间也小好多，房间的地板破的厉害。没有吹风机哦。太差太差。
