前台服务人员态度确实很好，但房间设施确实不行，排水差，晩上热水时无时有，影响洗，洗漱的东西不好，就是家庭旅馆而已

酒店所处位置非常好，到开封府步行5分钟即到，到各旅游景点清明上河园和龙亭湖等，都非常方便。酒店服务特别热情周到，房间环境卫生整洁。
