酒店外观看上去很时尚，其实硬件都不好了，当初装修的时候没有用很好的材质，造成现在住着不是很舒服，出水的龙头设计不好，水往台上流，马桶都有锈斑，墙角踢脚都掉了。早餐一个蛋四个菜加馒头，豆浆和玉米粥清得只剩水。酒店要加强服务意识和管理了，不能只剩收钱的概念了。
