五一期间，由于去开封旅游，网上查询这里地理位置很好，一楼是小宋城开封特色餐饮，二楼是千回大宋的演出，如果住这里，吃饭和看演出都很方便，于是就早早的通过艺龙网预订了这里的房间。注意，艺龙网上有无窗的房间便宜些，这个贵而且没有标注有无窗，我就理解为有窗，谁知到了这里，服务员以别人通过网上预订而且早就预订为由给了我无窗的房间，难道我不是通过网上早就预订的吗？后来一想，五一房子紧张而且我也只住一晚，就算了，但是服务员还说下午2点才有空房，我们只好又等到2点，到了房间后，发现水管里全是热水，无论怎么开都是烫手，服务员说窜管了，你们先去旅游吧，马上修好，于是就去旅游了，等晚上回来，发现水管和淋浴又全是凉水，没有一点热水，服务员于是又说这里是洗浴酒店，洗浴免费（没说大人小孩），我本不不想洗，想想免费的洗洗吧，就去洗了，第二天退房时，麻烦来了，服务员说大人免费，小孩不免，而且你的小孩超高了，按照大人收费69元。呜呼，由于房间没热水去洗洗，而且服务员光说免费，也不说小孩不免啊，黑心也只能黑到这里了，而且我的孩子1米4，按照火车1米5的标准不算超高，但是店里是多少超高，服务员也不告诉我。字数有限写到这里
