前台杨姓女柜员服务态度很差，说话难听，我谦卑的问她：你们有几个充电器呀？她说：就这一个，你还能有几个手机？！告诉你，老子有三个手机！不借就不借，说话这么难听。而且验完身份证就随意往桌上一丢让我自己拿，服务是在细节上面体现的，不要求举止多恭维，起码不应该让人感到厌恶吧？
