服务很好，感受深刻，设施位置卫生都不错，遗憾的是游泳池没有洗衣机，游泳l结束泳衣湿嗒嗒的。中餐厅河南菜很好，川菜不怎么样，自助早餐好吃。吃完饭在酒店院子里走了走，能看见几栋古色古香的楼顶，直升机停机坪，冬天的黄草，苍凉凉的，竟然比开封府的景色有味道。下次还会入住。

酒店装修很好，服务和细节跟不上，房间宽敞，卫生还行，就是枕头套都起毛球了，只能翻一面将就用，房间带院子，春暖花开时节肯定很美，要吐槽的是泳池，服务完全自助，找不到服务员，只有一条浴巾和最简陋的二合一沐浴洗发乳，想要个牙刷和浴帽或者开下桑拿房连人都找不着，服务配不上这样的硬件设施环境

带小朋友入住，升级了房间，有下沉浴池，有点脏，自己清理后孩子玩的很开心。适合自驾去住，不然很不方便。楼体设计奇葩，从房间到门口转的总想迷路。

中午12点到说没房让等下午两点过来，下午两点半过来还说没房让再等一小时，真是莫名其妙，没见过服务这么差的五星酒店，强烈要求退房！
