酒店卫生，大部分服务，设备都不错。最大的问题是空调不能由租户决定是否使用。本来酒店提供空调，就是指能让客人选择合适的房间温度。但酒店却说，酒店认为现在不必用空调，就不开`空调，空调只能送风。结果房间温度令人很不舒服。作为"舒适型"的酒店，名不符实。酒店为啥不提前说明告知，酒店提供空调设备，但是否能用要经批准？这样客人在选酒店时就会注意。
在空调使用上，比不上二星连锁店。
