开封大宏喜来登酒店：把温暖与风景藏进每一处细节
满心期待的两晚入住，直接被这家酒店的用心暖到心坎里！落地窗大床房完全长在审美上，清晨阳光洒满全屋，推开窗帘就是开封好人公园的湖景，日出时分波光粼粼，妥妥住在风景里，睁眼就是治癒画面。
最贴心的是对长者的照顾——知道长辈偏爱温暖，中央空调让房间自然保持32度舒适温度，还提前在屋里备好电暖器，连轮椅都贴心放置，以备不时之需。工作人员随叫随到，全程耐心帮忙照料长者，细节处的周到真的太戳人。原本续住的房间不含早餐，酒店还主动赠送了三份，这份额外的善意让人倍感温暖。
必须夸爆酒店的游泳池！四面都是落地窗，游泳时抬头就是湖光山色，风景如画，水温更是温暖适宜，在这样的环境里游泳简直是种极致享受。
从硬件设施到服务细节，每一处都透着真诚与用心，这趟入住体验满分，绝对值得再来！

Good check-in experience!
The hotel boasts an elegant environment. The room is clean and cozy, with soft beddings and complete facilities. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the check-in process was swift. The breakfast was abundant and delicious, with a wide variety of choices. It's conveniently located, and both transportation and shopping in the vicinity are very convenient. I especially want to thank the staff for their thoughtful service, which made this stay extremely enjoyable. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time and strongly recommend it!

Do not book this hotel !
My family and I booked Kaifeng Sheraton two nights. Traveling with elders were difficult to manage so we decided to eat dinner at hotel restaurant. The same night our family 6 people including myself got food poisoning. All have diarrheas. The cause was the pigeon soup. We had to cancel our plans for the day and next. The way hotel dealt with this issue was horrible. They kept on denying the responsibility and blaming us for the meal earlier. They refused to meet my request and refused to share contact of their general manger for further escalation. Kaifeng Sheraton was a terrible experience. Do not stay here.

The hotel is far away from interesting tourist centers whats a disadvantage. Our suite was very large, with large windows and a nice view to a lake nearby. The service was normal good.
