毛巾居然说我给污染脏了 等了半天主管说没事，我住了那么多酒店第一次碰到这个事情，明显毛巾上那么小的黄斑是之前污染变黄了，就即使被污染我要赔吗？经常住酒店的都明白

房间好闷，不仅是因为无窗，空调走廊餐厅都感觉好闷啊服务设施还是不错的，就是五星级没有拖鞋，房间不自动具备吹风扣分
