被子有点潮，不是特别干爽，屋里有蚊子，但是店家很贴心有电蚊香片，屋里窗户有点小，但是位置极佳，离西司夜市特别近，晚上去逛特别方便，楼下就是早餐，对于早晨要赶路的我们，特别便利，前台服务也非常热情周到，酒店性价比特别高，值得推荐，下面说到我极度不满意是地下停车场的一位女中年收费人员，早晨8点半去取车，把结账的单子给了她，我的车前面横着停了一辆银色的开封牌照比亚迪轿车，我就说了一句能不能联系车主把车挪一下，她态度极其恶劣的说，着什么急，这就给你挪，你等着吧，等了一会是她过来把车开走的，然后恶狠狠的说，快走吧快走吧，因为我们要赶路，而且我们是山东的，不想生事，没有和她理论，我和爱人非常不满意，你们酒店虽然和地下停车场是合作关系，但是请你们协调好这些关系，你们酒店整体都很好，是她最后抹杀了我对你们酒店的所有美好印象，她不但抹黑了你们酒店的形象，更是给开封人民热情，友好，善良的形象格格不入，我对这位收费员的服务表示极度不满，希望店家给我一个合理的解释和答复！！
