周末考试网上预订房间，菊海已经确认预订成功，结果前台办理入住时竟然推三阻四不承认，废了好大功夫才勉强同意入住。既然不承认那干嘛在网上挂嘛，房间热水需要自己下楼提，房间不干净，不建议
