住了两天，尽然没有服务员来打扫卫生，床单尽然是破了补了的一个大园疤，开发票来的都错位了一厘米，我说能重新开一个吗？酒店领导说我上次也这样，没事的能报销，我想说我第一次来住好不，就算上次我这样，你们到现在这么点小事都改不了吗？

首先来说宾馆的硬件设施真是不错，前台的招待比较热情，周围吃饭也很方便，停车场就在楼下隔壁非常省心，早晨的自助餐也比较实惠可口，窗户有点小问题服务员很快就上来修理，这是比较满意的地方。不足还是楼顶的嗡嗡声，时有时无，洗浴的热水量不大，总体而言还是比较不错的。
