条件一般般，尤其是十月一日入住，安排的房间竟然有非常大的异味，还好，经过交涉，给换了房间。内部设施有点陈旧，维护的不好。一行十多人，七间房，连住两天，第二天，其中一个房间的马桶盖自己竟让坏掉了。居然要从我们的押金里扣，交涉无效。扣就扣，但是下次不会再来。十一期间房价比平时上涨一倍，不够地道，涨点是应该，但是有点多。
设施不全，不够号称的级别。
早餐品种太少，鸡蛋配给制，一人一个，一般人不会拿两个，但感觉不爽，不理解。
优点总是有一点，门口就是老字号稻香居，向东步行十分钟就是包公祠、西祠夜市、老字号黄家灌汤包。
