干净卫生，交通便利，离鼓楼小吃街10分钟的样子，小吃味道吃不惯，不是很喜欢，离景点龙亭，清明上河园，开封府，山陕甘会馆和有名的第一楼都挺近，带老人出行的走起来不会太累。
