无线网不能用，打电话到前台，找人上来弄，等了一个小时人才来，就说了一句密码改了，结果又打到前天知道密码还是连不上，还让我下去找她弄，电视机也打不开，还没有纸，还要自己下去拿，早知道是这样的还不如直接说是自助服务，需要什么自己下来弄。
