开始订的房间太差，与招待所没啥区别。门开始都不用卡就能打开，最后调成所谓的商务标间，区别也就是多了根网线。

酒店的位置不错,环境也可以,也停干净的,就是房间隔音效果不是太好,住客人多的话感觉有点吵.再者如果酒店的价位再低点就更好了.

优点：酒店地处鼓楼区，地理位置佳，吃饭夜市什么的都很方便。br缺点：1. 靠近夜市，夜晚人声鼎沸，很嘈杂。br 2. 房间设施陈旧，有暖气，无空调，卫生间黑暗有点脏。br 3. 就这个住宿条件，价格太贵，不如康鑫源酒店好br 4. 标间床铺也小，且硬。康鑫源比较大和软
