到开封跨年，看着不错选了这里，有点失望，没感觉到这是五星级酒店。首先房间卫生很一般，枕套像是没换过，不知道是没洗干净还是真的就是没换，更夸张的是，朋友的房间竟然还缺洗漱用品。空调制热效果太差，在房间里得穿着毛衣，开了一晚上温度才到25.5℃，各方面不如同等价位的其他酒店，第二天果断换地方

选择了开封性价比比较高的五星酒店，酒店免费升级了房型，服务很好，酒店的工作人员都很热情，可以最晚到2点退房，可以说是很人性化了，唯一不足的是房间的下水道有点味道，洗澡的时候有时候需要放很久的水才有热水。希望能改进。
