酒店垃圾，有变异的蟑螂，热水不热，网络太差劲。定的特价房，78元，本来说这个价格再将就一晚上，通过网络不能预付，提前告知服务员要续住，结果到前台说我只能在网上预付才能按78元续住，付现金也行必须按100付费，结果上艺龙这个价格的房间没有了，不能网上预付。我就纳闷我房间还没有退，***就能把这个房间预订出去，况且我是提前告知服员我要续房的。打电话给艺龙，工号6519的***说酒店说定不了就定不了，你**更年期到了吧。说话像他们老板刚虐爱她一样。艺龙能不用就不用把，各种订房不能入住，有问题敷衍了事不给解决，个别客服太差劲，接电话的都这么嚣张，那她领导也好不到哪去。艺龙前途堪忧啊。投诉无门呐，艺龙的用户们，你投诉客服，就是客服再接。你们自欺欺人吧。酒店和艺龙太差劲，果断退房换个酒店，艺龙以后就卸载了，**垃圾！服务不好，态度你能好点不，垃圾。
