酒店服务人员很周到 服务很好！！凯里人好热情！！酒店房间很大 两个大床 我们两个大人 带着小孩住特别合适 ！酒店很干净 晚上睡觉也舒服！

从一条喧闹的小马路进去，以为错了，进去才发现别有洞天。酒店在很僻静的小区里，全部是复式，楼下客厅楼上卧室，卧室里两张2米宽的大床。客厅还有茶台，象家的感觉，挺好的. 早餐简单，会按约定时间送到房间，真的很舒服。

非常满意的一次住宿，原打算住一晚，住后加了一晚，复式房，一层超大客厅，二层超大卧室，两卫，设施环境都很好，早餐送到房间内，免费停车。从前台到保安都很热情，超赞。

酒店房间为两层复式楼，面积超大，设施齐全，极其奢华。上下两层都有柜机，制热效果很好。卫生间内竞然还有桑拿房，很惊喜、很意外！

真的不错。地理位置较好，服务的态度和素质值得推荐。早餐直接送到房间，味道也很有特色。房间的空间很大来形容。有机会再来。
