优点:房间干净整洁，装修比较好，空间也够大，停车也方便！缺点:中央空调四月份了还是选择只释放暖气，没有冷气，由于被子很厚，弄得晚上盖也不是，不盖也不是，还有就是虽然有WIFI，但人多用的时候就造成网络卡壳！临街这边的房间晚上经常有大车开过，比较吵，也就是单号房间比较吵！

在凯里市应该是非常不错的酒店，住宿条件非常好，服务人员非常热情，晚上睡觉很安静，下次来还会住。

一般般，卫生间的水不知道从哪里会流到房间地毯，是找不到漏水口的，房间有异味，烧水壶旁的插座是不能插的，设计不合理，下次不会再住了
