全国服务体验最差的酒店了，全国最差劲的前台：半个小时开不了一间房（非电脑问题、客人就俩），退房时也没两个客人，依然退不明白，耽误了客人的行程，发票也开不对…床软的像睡在坑里

一进屋就一股霉味，墙壁都是发霉的，被子死板板的，像铁一样重，盖着超级不舒服。主要是订单不能取消，不然不会住的。下次再也不会到这个酒店了。
