交通位置方便，旁边就是迪迦商城。设施的确旧了，卫生还算可以。早餐品种少，小馒头皮太硬感觉不新鲜。。。退房时前台有个服务员一直在玩手机，映像很不好。。

酒店坐落在市中心，有和边上饭馆共用的停车场，边上有一家肯德基，早餐可以这里解决。
设施很旧了，看得出是原来的那种装修风格，被子潮的，估计是外边天气太潮的原因，其他还好，反正比去苗寨住在苗寨强的多，开车才1个小时的路程，我们就住到了凯里市。

这个价位的酒店设施一般都这样。不过凯莱位置很好标准市中心走哪里都方便，但是楼下的KTV真的比较嘈杂，介意的慎选。相对次最不满意的就是卫生，表面看起来除了陈旧感还好的，可是要使用的时候发现挂门后的防滑毛巾还是湿的，浴巾还是水润的。看着服务态度还好算了吧，但心里真心………
