提前几小时预定的，可是去前台没有找到订单，前台说要等艺龙打电话给他们确定订单，也不主动联系艺龙解决，但由于是现付的，还是给我开了房。房间少了一个杯子，退房的时候问我怎么回事，我去的时候就只有一个，原来是上一个房客摔碎还没有补上，我希望下次能弄清楚，别在搞这样的乌龙，我房间还行，只是我的房间靠外，外面的抽气机的声音很大，热水也还给力
