位于市中心，苗侗风格装修，房间较大，服务热情，特别是因在凯里机场登机，为弄清是否有机场大巴问题，酒店女经理反复联系确认，提出乘车前往建议，让人感动。不足是早餐较简单，服务细节要加强，如服务员敲门进房，并没征得同意己直接开门进来了。特別提示别在凯里坐飞机，没有机场大巴，包车去价格己接近机票价4分之三了。

少数名族特色，酒店前台和客房服务都不错，苗族阿姨非常热情。楼下停车场的管理小伙人不错，工作认真负责态度好。

酒店位于凯里市中心位置，地理优势绝佳，房间的设施还不错。但是房间窗户根本不密封，临街的房间如同街上一般。根本谈不上隔音。实在是让人太烦躁了。这个问题没有得以有效地解决，生意不会好的。

很特色的一家酒店，应该有四星吧。酒店位置就在市中心，交通很方便，很繁华。楼下大堂和房间都很漂亮，很有民族特色，设施和用品也很齐全，下次去还会想住这里。

酒店地段不错，周围很多餐饮配套。房间设施符合这个价格，就是早餐结束时间早了点。九点上去时，就剩下粥和粉了！不过粉的味道不错！
