酒店应该才开不久，前台接待业务很不熟练，提前半个月预定的房间到了之后竟然找不到预定信息，查找了半天发现没有留房间，请示了领导给升级了房间。五一期间啊，预订了不留房，要是其他的房间也没有了难道要我拖着行李到处找酒店？而且预定信息也登记错误，明明预订了两天的，说只预订了一天，真是无语了。
酒店的设施还是不错的，房间挺大，浴室和厕所是分开的。

优点就一条，房间装潢比较新。
缺点一大堆 1：房间朝公路有个下坡，整晚车来车往非常吵，酒店的窗户也不特别做一下隔音，非常差。2：酒店下面是个夜总会，晚上门口站两排lady，人员进出混杂，看起来很不爽，与之相伴的还有整晚的KTV噪声，一直吵到凌晨3点才稍微安静点。3：温馨单人房没有写字台也没有椅子，不知道别的房间有没有，要做文案工作会非常不便。4：前台素质一般，办理check in和退房都很慢。总之，是一个完全符合凯里这种五线小城市定位的城市小旅馆。如果不是非得到凯里住宿，还是建议住贵阳。

酒店不错，房间够大，被子很舒服。就是房间有点小味道。工作人员态度不好，不过酒店经理服务态度很好，处处为顾客着想，冲着经理，下次还入住哦。推荐一下。
