酒店位置凯里市政府对面，附近有公交车站，可以去凯里南站和客车站。酒店房间很大，设施比较全，还配有一个沐足盆。房间里一些要收费的东西也明码标价了。房间里还有电脑，一般使用是没有问题的。早餐一般，品种不是很多，粥粉面饭、面包蛋糕、水果、热菜都有。周边没有什么早餐店，在酒店里吃也是一个不错的选择。

在凯里比较热闹的城区，就是自费的东西太多，比如一次性马桶垫，谁能看见那个小小的3元。一不小心花冤枉钱，希望酒店不要这么功利。

在凯里属于比较高档的酒店，环境不错，服务也还不错，房间很大。如果去千户苗寨，住这里最好，否则极高的价钱住在苗寨里，就太不划算了。

四星酒店设施，虽然有些陈旧，但服务很不错，位置也可以，离高速五公里左右，适合自驾。总体来说还不错，值得入住。
