  酒店环境/设施差，体验感超级差，房间有异味不説，可怕的是酒店花洒根本固定不住，洗头的时候掉下来被砸了两次。实在是太危险了，勉强洗完打电话给前台，听语气是知道一直有这样的情况的，但是并没有重视，也没有解决，没有把顾客的安全放在第一位，各位可以想象一下，花洒砸到头或者身上是什麽概念。搞衞生阿姨上来看了一下，轻描淡写的説就是松了，电工下班了搞不了，反正听语气看反应是一直知道有这个问题存在的；我们第二天?退房之前都没有人来处理
