在五邑地区的几个城市都住过柏丽连锁酒店、本身对这个酒店集团的印象还是不错的、可是、这间是我住过这么多间柏丽甚至同级酒店中最差的一间酒店、首先我订的是一间豪华大床房、我一进去、那个房间小到、连个能给我放个手提电脑的地方都没有、整个房间除了床之外、就只有一张单人小小圆形的咖啡台还有一张单人座椅。整个房间连个衣柜都没有…厕所…洗澡的地方就一个小小的撒花、还有一转身就是马桶了、然后连着的又是洗脸盘、可见空间是多么的紧凑…还有厕所竟然一股臭味、叫楼层阿姨上来、给我喷了空气清新剂，我就说、你用这个压根治标不治本、待会儿清新剂过了 臭味就又出来了，我再打电话给前台、礼貌的问说明了情况并要求换房、最后是换了、可是那个前台说法态度给我感觉就是很不爽的感觉。我想说、你们房间有问题、给客人换房间是理所当然的吧，而且我们进去还不到5分钟。总体来说、这间酒店各方面完全达不到三星标准、不要说三星、我大胆的说一句、一些方面就连一些连锁宾馆都比不上。
