回去看望外婆随便住一晚，去到的时候很晚了，前台的小姐态度确实很一般，明明漏了东西在前台不叫我们拿，电话问了也说没有，准备下来去车上找，下到一楼一看，就在桌上，值夜很辛苦我可以谅解，但酒店是服务业，前台代表形象。订了两间标双，房间很小
