过年前一个月左右预订的这家酒店，订的是大床房，起初订了2个晚上，后来又加订了3个晚上，原先订的时候是168元/晚，入住后还可以申请返现10元/晚的。没想到在离过年前还有一个礼拜左右，收到艺龙客服的电话，说酒店过年期间涨价了（年初一至年初五），之前确认的价格不作数了！而且涨价幅度还不是一点点，是翻一倍还要多，直接涨到338元，让人实在难以接受！
艺龙客服说，如果我们选择继续入住的话，在离店3天后，致电艺龙，可以申请赔偿给我们首晚房费168元，后面的就只能按酒店的新价格来！
真的挺生气的，本来想取消订单，改订其他酒店的，可是因为年近岁末，很多附近的酒店都满房了，最后不得不前去入住！
没想到到了酒店以后，还有更奇葩的事情，酒店前台说只收到前面一个订单（就是订在涨价日子的那个订单），年初六后面那个按原价的订单却说没有收到！我出示艺龙上已确认的订单给他们看，他们依然坚持说没有！
后来我说我要致电艺龙的客服问下怎么回事时，她们又改口说，过年这几天他们都不再接受艺龙的新订单了，如果要继续入住的话，可以在他们酒店前台直接预订！真的很无语！
入住后，发现这酒店管理也很不好，每天房间卫生都不弄的
