我们两个人，早餐很好，有粥，花卷，发糕，一个热菜一个凉菜，有鸡蛋，奶茶，周围环境很好，后面有个滑雪场，服务员都很热情，外面有停车的地方，房间很暖和，24小时热水，电视里有各种软件会员都看不到的电影，酒店是不在村庄里面的，但是很近

看到网上评价很好才定的这家，没想到前台服务员态度一点都不好，一脸的不耐烦，这位前台服务员说“从携程、飞猪上优惠的，我是不会接单的，我只认780一间房”说话跟吃了呛药似的，不会好好说话吗？这还是服务行业吗？？态度实在是太差劲，初到这里的心情瞬间不好了，房间倒是干净，暖气很热，Wi-Fi时断时有，断网时房间电话也打不通，早餐48一位，附图这是三个人的餐食，建议服务员真该好好的培训培训，我们花钱不是找气受的，不符合4星的标准

在喀纳斯三个村里住的最满意的一晚，就在雪山脚下，小木屋有地暖很舒适，早上拍日出也很方便，孩子们都舍不得走

其实后来没有住这个酒店，加了钱，住到其他酒店去了，价格真心不算便宜，但考虑到是在喀纳斯，也就能接受了，喀纳斯确实风景不错

真是超级舒服的酒店，雪山脚下，有瑞士一样的感觉～酒店的服务员都超热情友善的，饭菜的性价比很好，量很足，准备来年冬天再选择住几天～就是房屋之间的隔音比较一般

位于禾木新村的入口，旁边就是观光车总站，出入很方便。设施还行，酒店的园景布置得挺用心。三餐都是在酒店的餐厅解决的，味道还行。禾木景区对区内的房价和菜价都进行了限价公示，所以贵是贵点，还不算离谱。
