酒店的地理位置好，在大十字，交通便利，周边餐饮和商业发达。但设施较为陈旧，需要翻新，客房服务员态度好。开发票是乌鲁木齐的发票和章，前台讲是因为该店刚转手给一个新老板，税务和营业执照还未审批下来;有些不方便。
