开始的第一间房漏水，冲厕所的按钮缺盖子，房内缺充电位，找服务员拿了插线板，后换了间房，冲厕按钮好了，热水热度不够，下午我都回宾馆了，服务员问要打扫不，我说不。然后这天就没洗漱用品了，等我想用时，总台说服务员下班了，第二天再送。第二天我走了。这是家宾馆，非酒店。
