停车在-2层，3部电梯只有1和2是酒店的，但2和3才能到地下车库，前台可提供免费停车券。不用担心车子暴晒，但卫生状况不咋滴。早餐在五楼，地垫太长凸起差点绊倒。搭电梯得刷房卡，酒店旁边有大型超市营业到晚上12点。房间面积大，干净整洁，空调很制冷，提供的洗漱用品超大份量，水龙头设计的离水池偏远。前台及安检人员态度和蔼。没有免费矿泉水。

最大的优点是有地下停车场，车位充裕！车子不会晒着！房间很大，装修简洁干净，实用，床品干净床垫舒服！早餐吃的饱，缺点是早餐餐具没有消毒，使用时带着水，真是太大的问题！希望在卫生方面注重细节！洗澡水压一般

朋友介绍出差到喀什入住川楚大酒店，房间很大宽敞明亮，干净整洁。购物吃饭交通都很方便，到老城区也不远，前台接待态度很好，吃早餐时碰到女老板人很漂亮也热情，介绍了喀什旅游景点，并且找朋友联系塔县红旗拉普边防检查站，得知不能到国门，有点遗憾，但是心里真的很感激女老板！真是有回家的感觉，下次还会入住川楚大酒店，强烈朋友们入住！
