预定成功的特价不退单的房间，到酒店前台告知没有房间，让我自己取消订单。我说我这个取消不了，需要你们联系取消，前台就是不管，就一句话“没有房间了”。帮朋友订的，打着国内长途漫游电话跟酒店前台据理力争，说最多给找个标间，我订的大床房，你给我换个单人标间？一番争执后还是给解决了，那么请问，既然我住上了原本预定的大床房，说明还是有房间的，为什么不给呢？难道因为门市价格高，所以想留着赚更多的钱吗？那为什么还要和携程合作呢？自己留着门市销售不就好了！这酒店在当地还算是不错的了，就这种服务，垃圾到家了……再也不会去了！

酒店位置一般，出门打车不方便。吃饭的话隔壁有一家东北菜馆，酒店挺新，房间布置符合当地标准。一切都还不错，就是有点不方便。
