新酒店，设施不错，早餐不错。管理有待提高。因卫生间堵水给前台打电话，电话就是摆设。又让同房间的人去前台找服务员来处理，半个小时后才来了。折腾的澡也没洗好。

除了前台的服务，其他真的都不错。前台的一位汉族服务员脸拉的贼长，感觉就像欠她钱一样。明明定的房间，好端端被取消。你标价哪怕是一元，客人只要付款了，你都得让入住。不可以强制单方面取消。
