开房时候的前台态度很好，说话也很温柔呢，你们房间环境也还可以呢！就是退房的时候前台收银态度很差，让楼上服务员查房还在对讲机里面聊天，说她两句还发脾气，真的是太差了！这样的前台尽早辞退吧！不然真的很影响你们酒店呢！
