相比装潢和舒适度，价钱相当实惠。楼下有岗亭，治安有保障。门前有17路到火车站和喀什老城，还有12路到疏附县的塔县班车点，距离东湖公园仅800米，可以散步去玩。出楼右转多是汉餐，左转多是维餐，吃饭也方便。
