两个优点：第一房是一百多的房价性价比高；第二地处喀什美食街，周边吃的比较多。
两个缺点：第一是房间的设施比较陈旧，卫生条件很一般；第二是房间内充满了“大保健”的电话、暧昧的瓷砖、及各种套套和神油，带孩子很尴尬！
