真的要五星级差评，明明定的是大床房，过去后却说大床房没有了，只有标间了，提前定好了却没有留房，为了经济利益最大化还真不把携程上的客户当回事。

出去一趟回去 马桶莫名多了一个烟头 跟前台说换房间 要我去看视频找证据 态度多强硬的不给换 爱搭不理的 回去拿着行李准备走了 又说给领导打电话说可以换了 无力吐槽了
