前台比夹吉这个员工嘴太甜了，很有积极向上的精神，我问他你们上班几个小时，一直这样站着上班累不累，他这个回答确实让我很满意😄，哈哈。他说我累得话你表扬我一下我就不累了，最关键的是他说这是我们对您这样尊贵的顾客是一种尊重，我们的工资都是你们给的，你们顾客是上帝，所以我想为你们做好服务，花那么多钱住我们酒店我也想你们住宿愉快。他这句话说明他很热爱这份工作，我要是老总我会提拔这样的员工，我每次上来下去看到比夹吉都想跟他聊几句，挥手打个招呼，这次住你们酒店很开心下次再来。

酒店位置很好，高楼层的视野很开阔，站在落地窗前观看的时候非常棒！酒店应该是喀什地区最好的，餐厅服务非常棒，很有礼貌，很有笑容😊！

有大停车场；出门就有出租车。

尤其客房清洁，表扬。
建议：
防疫期间，入住时明确告知客人：注意自己的手机绿码核酸检测的有效期，由于酒店有设采检点，可充分利用（以备有些场所的要求）。

确实是喀什最好的酒店了，房间非常大也很干净，工作人员服务态度都很好，从古城不行回来也就四十分钟。印象深刻的是健身房和游泳池，器材丰富，游泳池还有桑拿泡泡池，虽然现在维修没有开放。早餐人很少，现在改为半自助+点餐制，口味都不错。
